With the internal and external scaffolding being removed this week, we continue to get a clearer sense of what the internal space will be like and what it will look like from the outside. To give the photos some context, the internal walls are 2.7m high (300mm above standard) and follow the roofline to a peak height that is just shy of 4m. At 140m2, it is also rated for an occupancy of up to 99 people.
Alongside the removal of the scaffolding, this week has also seen the installation of the joinery and soffits, while the external cladding has started to be installed as well.
