The Associate Pastor will work directly with the Lead Pastor, staff, and ministry leaders to implement the ministry vision and core values of the church. Their primary responsibilities will be Pastoral Care and Discipleship. Their secondary responsibilities include supporting other aspects of church life, including preaching and outreach events.

Their secondary responsibilities include supporting other aspects of church life, including preaching and outreach events.
