Giving is natural when life is received as a ‘gift’
Giving is a significant part of Church life here at Village Baptist. We see God doing good things, multiplying ministries, meeting people’s needs, and growing His Kingdom through the sharing of our resources. He teaches us that generosity is good for us, and it blesses others. Giving is part of our worship and enables us to participate in the many good things God is doing, locally and globally.
Giving to our ‘For Them’ Building Appeal
If you are giving to the ‘For Them’ building appeal, please use the bank account details listed below but include “Building” in the particulars of your online transaction, this will ensure that your giving goes to the appropriate fund.
Additionally, we encourage you to include your tithe number in the reference section to ensure that your giving is eligible for a tax rebate. If you don’t have a tithe number, click the button below to receive one.
These days it’s the norm for people to spend and give using credit and debit cards. We understand this. So we have an online portal enabling you to pay your tithes via debit or credit card. Just click the link below to be directed to our Tithe.ly portal.
One of the easiest and most helpful ways of giving is by automatic payment, which you can set up through online banking. You can also make one-off donations this way too.
If you choose to give using online banking please make sure you include your name or the unique tithe number we can provide in reference section, so that we are able to issue you a tax receipt at the end of the tax year.

While we don’t receive offerings during the service, we do have giving boxes installed at the exits to the church auditorium. These boxes are securely mounted to both the wall and floor, and are cleared after each service.
For anyone wanting to receive a tax receipt, please make sure you provide your name and unique tithe number.
All giving to Village Baptist is fully tax deductible. For us to issue a tax receipt we need to be able to identity your donations. To enable us to do this you can use your name and address, or a unique tithe number which you can obtain from us using the button below.
