Job Description:
Village Baptist is looking to fill a pastoral vacancy within the church. This role is defined by pastoral leadership, where ministry is conducted both through teams and directly.
Position Overview:
The Associate Pastor will work directly with the Lead Pastor, staff, and ministry leaders to implement the ministry vision and core values of the church. Their primary responsibilities will be Pastoral Care, Discipleship, and Community Outreach. Their secondary responsibilities include supporting other aspects of church life, including preaching and outreach events.

- Previous Ministry Experience

- Believes in the current outworking of the gifts of the Holy Spirit as articulated in 1 Corinthians 12
