When we see those stories played out on the big screen\, we can learn a little more about ourselves and the world around us. Jesus knew how powerful stories could be\, and he made them a big part of how he taught his followers. In this 5-week series\, kids will hear some of the stories Jesus shared that can help them see the big picture of a life spent following God. DESCRIPTION:In Genesis\, the bible describes God speaking creation into existence. In Exodus\, the Bible describes another creative act that resulted from God speaking: the establishment of his people at Mt Sinai. It is because of this connection between creation and the Ten Commandments that the earliest traditions didn’t call the Ten Commandments\, the Ten Commandments\, but instead\, the Ten Words.  \n\n\n\nIn this series\, we explore God’s Ten Words and how these ancient words speak to modern times.
